I've read just about 1,000,000,000 different nutritional information on chicken. What should my chicken nutritional information actually be?

    I'm currently relying on
    :Chicken Breast [1 ounce] 55 calories, 1 G fat, 8.5g Protein

What are YOUR stats on chicken? Being a high chicken eater, I feel I must have an accurate number on chickens nutrition.

Where do you get it and how do you prepare it? I buy it in bags from Wal Mart. Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast. The nutrition facts are right on the bag and that is what I go with.
