    Its 2 weeks to Christmas. I think I will just wait for working out the legs till I can use the bullworker. It's a lot more time consuming with the strands for the legs and the only thing I have been doing for them anyway is running. No need to change it for 2 weeks.

    Will be more regular now. Waiting for leg to heal for running. Went too far after a week off. Almost there. Also, will be more regular with muscle exercises. Have new equipment, a Bullworker and Bullworker Iso Bows. The Iso Bows are good for carrying on in carryon luggage.
