    You are putting up some nice times for your runs. When is your half marathon and where?

    I have decided to simply run for health. I don't have time to train for a half marathon. I also do workouts with a Sampson chest expander. I have some injuries from lifting so I can't do all the exercises I used to do. Thanks for asking.
