    That is a great improvement on cholesterol. Did you change what you were eating?

    I was eating pre-prepared pot pies, chicken and burritos every night. Now I am eating flounder, canned tuna, and chicken for dinner. That was the change. I also eat Salmon often when going out. Also added daily nuts particularly walnuts to the diet. My running also increased in distance to 3 miles.
