Carguy-Drop And Give Me 60....years

    Thanks seltzer. After talking to a few people, I now know how I injured the bicep so I can better avoid doing it again or making it worse.

    Injuries suck and, as I'm sure you know, as the years add it up it becomes easier to get hurt and the recovery is longer. A double whammy.

    Since you made no mention of it, can I assume that your leg is fine?

    Yes, leg is feeling fine. I squatted body weight this morning.

    Are you still teaching BodyPump? I've been thinking about taking a class at the gym. I'm hoping it will ease me back into the gym after a 3 month layoff.

    There I go taking over the thread again. :D Seriously you look good man. All things come to he who waits.

    Hey Jordan. Yes, still teaching Body Pump. Three time a week. I would highly recommend it. It keeps the entire body toned and moving and limber. Then heavier lifting on the other days helps to maintain and build new muscle.

    Up about 20 pounds from summer. Feeling bigger every day.
