    I think I'll join in on this... I'll only be overhead pressing once every week. I've historically been weak through the shoulders and my Bench Press also reflects this.

    Every friday, MP will be my first lift

    4 sets of 5 reps for weight.

    Current BW 90.3kg

    Attempted to do a strict rep with 185, could not budge it from my shoulders. Its hard to start at the bottom position with no stretch reflex and no leg drive. Guess I have a ways to go..
