    I'd say anywhere from 24% - 32%

Tough to tell... You have a great base to start from though! :tu: Take advantage of that and get the job done.

Just got back from doing legs. I'll be hurting tomorrow (barely) and Wednesday (a lot.) My calves were on fire today from pounding them on Saturday.

Are you doing cardio and dieting to reduce bodyfat? Haven't read the other thread so I don't know.

Yes, after my leg workout I did about 20 mins of an HIT type thing on the bike. Just doing it faster and with more intensity. I didn't wanna do 45 mins cuz I'd already been in the gym long enough at that point.

As far as the diet goes, I'm cleaning it up and taking an EC stack. I'm not counting calories or any of that stuff. Just eating now mostly tuna, whole wheat bread, carrots, lots and lots of water, chicken breasts, veggies...consciuosly eating less and more frequently.

The diet part scares me cuz I don't wanna restrict so much that I lose a whole lot of muscle. But I don't really know where that happy medium is where I lose fat but retain/build muscle.

If you are worried about losing muscle / lean mass, then take weekly weigh ins. If you are losing more than 2-3 lbs a week, then eat slighly more. If not, you will lose muscle mass :(

Find your favoured way of measuring bodyfat (calipers, calculators, people on here) and then work it out mathematically (sp)

    But basically, dont starve yourself..

Eating more clean food is better than eating less less clean food.

    Good luck mate

You're the man for being able to do HIIT (I think that is what you meant, as you put HIT which means High Intensity Training), after doing legs!
I can't do any kind of cardio after my leg training, making it to the car is a chore in and of itself.

WOW! You mean, you usually do 45 MINUTES of HIIT!!!!! And sometimes this would come after a weight training session?

Perhaps we aren't thinking of HIIT cardio in the same terms?

OH...lol no! I meant 45 mins of LISS. I didn't have time to do that so I did HIIT instead so I could get out quicker. It was harder but worth getting out sooner.

    45 mins of HIIT *cringe*

lol...ya that's what I meant. It wasn't the easiest thing to do but I managed somehow. I can space out pretty well when I'm doing that stuff and just ignore the pain. One thing I have going for me
