I concluded from my diet that I am low on carbohydrates as a percentage of daily consumption and want to incorporate good sources of carbohydrates into my diets. Any ideas?

    Oatmeal.

Depends on what you like. What else you're eating.

    My personal faves:
    - red potatoes (I like putting rosemary on 'em)
    - beans (black, kidney, pinto, etc)
    - oats
    - ...and I know everyone hates me putting this into print.......but I end up getting a bit from breads...(cue the gluten is the devil incarnate discussion... )

Edit: I also like those no yolks egg noodles....good complex carbs and some protein to boot!

I eat a lot of fruit and have fruit juice while I work out--juice and whey is my pre-/during workout drink.

Chickpeas are a pretty decent source of carbs, too, yeah?

does not discriminate much over source of carbs if the over-all total is fine. Ice cream, candy bar, pizza--all is fine if your cals are locked in and eating those things don't make you lose control/focus.
