Best Bent over row?

    SO reading up on Bent-over rows -- as with everything else there are different points of views.

    The latter is also known as the Pendlay Row:
    This video is of Pendlay talking about it himself.

    (I find it a little odd that both he and the person demonstrating seem to be quite chunky -- though they are wearing clothes.)

    Well -- they are strength athletes (not bodybuilders), so they will generally eat/train in a way that will help them maximize their strength (rather than maintain a particular physique).

    I think both of the perspectives on rows that you list above are good.
