Maxed my bench at 305 yesterday, felt pretty good!!
I don't test max very often, just wanted to see where I was.
    Not too shabby

Wow! I'm impressed by anyone putting up 250+ on bench. When I started lifting earlier in college my max was a stout 95 lbs., hehe. Now it's somehwhere around 200, but hopefully I'll boost that a bit with the Max-OT workout I'm doing now.

Good luck and hope you stay injury-free. I've had two shoulder surgeries in the past 2 years and it's definitly set back my heavy training.

Like I said I don't test very often...so I have no idea what my max was.
I am blessed with my grandfathers genes....he was naturally a big guy. I have always been a decent size whether I lift or not, and fortunatly my body really responds well when I lift. I can gain size and strength quickly, down side...I loose it quick as well.
    Keep pumping!
