    Day 33
    I think the interview went well. It was pretty short though, 15-20 minutes. My uncle also interviewed and said his interview was similar though so I guess that's just how they do it. So hopefully I knocked it out.

    Diet wasn't what I want it to be, was busier than I thought and I feel fat and bloated and like this weeks weigh in will be bad news. Gonna have to rock it the rest of the week.

    Diet was about 2100 calories. Was a bit pressed for time so just got the important stuff in my workout (deadlifts)

    deadlifts 3x145x3, 2x165x3, 2x185x3

    You've been very consistent lately with a good diet and making sure that you're exercising. Nice going!

    Good luck on getting the job. I don't think 15-20 minutes is a short interview.

    i do, i once had an interview that lasted for hours, and not just the one day, but a few! in addition, the guy gave me a task to do at home and bring a solution back to him!:rolleyes:
    i did get the job though.:D

    Who is on an uphill trajectory, seems to me! :claphigh:

    I got into a little bit of a funk, felt really tired and listless the last few days. Kind of like I was sick. Only worked out Saturday and today. I feel fine now at least.

    The gf came over and I got off track. We went to dinner and I didn't work out. Is it bad that I kind of want everyone to leave me alone so I can be free to focus on this 100% Sometimes I just want to blow up the outside world and let this have my undivided attention

    Ups amd downs are part of rhe process. Having more ups is whats important.

    On the Biggest Loser, these people are sequestered on that ranch for a few months, that is why they have such great results. They can put 100% of their focus on losing weight, and don't have distractions. But the test is when they get back to the real world, if they can deal with everyday life. Life always gets in the way, you have to find a way around the distractions.

    I got some updating to do
    Day 38
    Went out and met some new friends. Diet stunk and no workout
    Day 39
    Worked out, diet was okayish, didn't eat all that much.
    Day 40
    Diet should have been better, did hit the gym
    squats 3x145x5 3x165x3, 3x185x3, 3x55x20
    leg curls 3x115x8

    Day 41
    Diet was good, got in a 30 minute walk

    Workouts are good. Need work on diet. Why can't you choose better diet choices when eating out?

    I have a bad attitude about going out that I think I'm going out to have a good time and enjoy myself, not to diet. I could probably get away with that if the diet was better all other times. It's just right now I'm totally broke and eating what I have. I think next time I go shopping I will try to eat how I did when I had that temp job, I lost 6 pounds those 2 weeks.
