Yup, I got a plan. I ALWAYS have a plan.

My girls are growing! Wife has done an awesome job of putting on the right kind of weight. She actually is still in the gym with me 4x a week. She is lifting a bit lighter of course and focusing more on LISS cardio stuff for now. Belly is getting big and starting to really feel some big kicks going on in there.

I think I just went blind from the image. :ohnoes:

LSC, I know there are monthly incentives, but this is a six month challenge, to say nothing about what goes on afterwards. Ramping up too quickly is a common cause of injury; the rule of thumb is that you shouldn't increase your weekly mileage by more than 10% per week. As far as the longest run in any given week, the rule of thumb here is that you shouldn't increase it by more than two miles per week.

Regardless of what the rules of thumb suggest, it's more important to listen to your body.

Thanks, for the advise, Paul! I felt like I had to close the gap or I'd never overcome the deficit. I'm feeling MUCH better, and my legs aren't hurting now.

I did four miles on the treadmill yesterday morning. Nothing so far today.

    Total: 49 miles.

I know LSC has some miles to post, this challenge is still very much alive, just been super busy! I believe LSC has a pic to post for having less miles in January!

I'm only up a few miles. My total so far is 64. I lost January so I have to post pics. :( The only place I can take a full-body picture is in my bathroom if I stand on the side of the tub. I tried yesterday afternoon before work and again this morning (notice the bed-head :o) because the picture didn't turn out good in there. I guess it's because the light is coming in from a window behind me. So, here are the two I took. Sorry....they suck.
