    Okay, that's corny, but here are some comparision shots of my back. Any constructive critisism would be great. Let me know if anything looks uneven. The first picture is around Early May 2006. The second one is Early October

    Your back has wicked definition, and is not small, like mine:cry: I'm going to go jump off a bridge.

    And by "Jump off a bridge" I mean do pullups and bentover rows.

    Excellent progress! Definitely some added size and of course the definition is 200% better! You even have the "christmas tree" on your lower back....good work...


    Now go clean the dishes out of your sink!

    Deadlift, pullups, rows, lat. pulldowns.

    I deadlift heavy, usually 4-6 reps for 4 sets
    Everything else is 10-8 reps at a nice weight

    Your back looks fantastic.:bow:

    It looks to me like your shoulders are more "forward" than they should naturally fall. Is that your normal posture? Do you have profile pics?

    Thats some sick progress...just sick!!

    Looks like you cut up while putting on all that mass too. What was your nutrition like on this bulk?

    Yeah my normal posture leans me slightly forward like that. Drives me nuts, haha. Are there any excersices to hit the back of the shoulders directly???

    My nutrition is off an on good and bad. I'm in med-school so there are a lot of long nights with coffee and donuts :eat: :bang:
