Anyone Want to make me a routine

    I'm not just asking cause i dont know how to make a routine, i've been on a routine for 6 months now and i'm wondering, i want YOUR opinions on what routine you think works best, exercises included please.

    I have 4 days to work out during the week.

    Saturday and Sunday are off days

    So pretty much working out monday tuesday thursday friday

    Leg workout preferably at beginning of week as weekend is dedicated to sport committments.

    if you have 4 days maybe go 2 muscle groups a day except legs and something else, or just work out 3 days a week.
    choose compound movements, bench press, dips, pullups, chin ups, squats, deadlifts.
    3 exercises for each muscle group, 3 sets.

    if you want more help maybe you should READ this forum and make up your own mind about what routine you should do, because everyone is different and not all exercises are right for you.
