I'm building a good shake that I can make up twice a day to supplement my workout, so far I'm using, ON: Whey Protien, Symbiotics Colostrum, and ON: Glutamine.

I don't hear a lot of people talk about adding Colostrum to their shakes, what is your guys take on it?

Having spent a bit of time on a dairy farm...
I at least want mine filtered and in a bottle so I don't have to smell the cow it came from... powdered so I can add it to a nice yogurt smoothy would be even better!

:bang: cows... don't get me started :(

Colostrum aka breast milk. :D Hence the jokes. With the real stuff, the flavor depends heavily on the diet of the donor. I wouldn't want to mix it into my shake if the wifey had garlic pasta for dinner the night before.

There have been a lot of studies on the "miracle" benefits of colostrum, internally and externally applied. I say go for it. If you start craving a pacifier in the middle of the night, reduce the dosage.

Interesting article there chad, thanks. And as far as adding colostrum to your shake, a quote from the article...
Seems like if the germs in your gut are imbalanced, it could help re-balance things which should also help in burning fat.
