Day 4 (Thursday): Had a pretty good day. Under 2000 calories. Perfect Day. I think I may need to take a week off from all leg exercises to let all my joints and muscles heal up. I've been noticing a decline in running speed and strength so hopefully resting will go a long way to getting me back to normal.

    Ok

A good day: responsible eating and 1 hour of intense weightlifting

(Although I have very good weightlifting sessions with constant progress, I no longer feel the muscle ache and burnout after the workout. This may be normal, but I also liked the exhaustion after)

Hey Azaroth. Good luck to you too. :tu:

Day 5 (Friday): Well, I did my upperbody workout and skipped legs, but it was planned, so I consider myself as having a perfect day. Also ate below 2000 calories.

Very good day: ~2 hours of cardio: a long bicycle stroll (48km) in a very nice scenery.

Cheers & good luck for the last day(s) of the challenge,
    Dan

2 hours of cardio! WOW.... Hmm... makes me wonder whether people tend to exercising longer when they're doing sports outdoor. Gym wouldn't count in here coz they're indoor as well I guess.

When you are running laps on a track or stationary equipment, you can stop anytime. The secret is just go someplace far until you are tired, then you must go back by yourself

Today it was a good day: a friend wake me up at 8 in the morning (on a sunday, no less) and we did 45 mins of running + 30 mins on bicycle to go there and back.

However, it was less than a perfect day, because I've eat just a bit too much.

I'll make it up next week, promise!

BlueThunder, be strong for sunday, and you'll win the challenge!

Final Day! Ate 100% perfect. Legs are still in recovery mode until wednesday, so I skipped running on the treadmill. Perfect Day. :tu:
