I am SO bad at math. 72 rep progression has been completed, and I started at 31 reps on the first day of week one. 73-31= 42 days completed 42/7 = 6 weeks completed. I am starting week SEVEN. That means this week and only three more weeks to make my perfect 10. I think I'm going to cut AFTER I complete my perfect 10. Because "perfect" is not the way to describe how I cut.
Perfect nutrition can do wonders for weight loss, can't it? You could probably nudge your calories up a bit, so long as you kept it clean, and still drop pounds. Anyway, good job! Perfect Week #8 done. Goals for Perfect Week #9: up to 2400 calories / day, one cheat post-long-run 4 training runs (4, 8, 4, 16 miles) 3 strength workouts (legs, push, pull) 10/12 - Day one.
week 4 done! that was an easy one. ---------------------------------------- damn E.... u're already almost done! where the hell is lsc????

Not always on top of the journal tracking, but getting better. I feel like I gathering a head of steam. I may have eaten her during one of my bad weeks.
Another week bites the dust! Week 1 Sept 21 = Success Week 2 Sept 28 = Success Week 3 Oct 5 = Success Week 4 Oct 12 = Success Down to 233 lbs...thats 7 lbs from when I started at 240....that 225 goal by the end of oct is gonna be a nailbiter but even if I end up at 227 or 228 I'd hardly call that a failure lol I will probably take some pics for my journal at 225 though... On tuesday supposed to go to the city with a few friends...hopefully will keep diet in check will plan for it ahead of time so I don't ruin my potential perfect week
Perfect Week #9 done. I'm up 2.4 pounds this week. My weight does goofy stuff when I'm running big distances. I'm not changing a thing. It'll work out. Goals for Perfect Week #10: up to 2400 calories / day, one cheat post-long-run 4 training runs (4, 8, 5, 18 miles) 3 strength workouts (legs, push, pull) 10/19 - Day one.
hmm. i swear i posted week 5's rules on sunday.... but i don't see them here. anyways i'm just doing 1500-3000 calories with at least 100 grams protein. not even tracking exacts each day. i'll probably do this for 3 weeks and then maybe get more "rulish" then. i'm in strength mode for the time being. still doing veggies/fruit each day and same sups. --------------------------------- damn the lot of you are kicking ass!!!!!
week 5 done. met my nutrition rules and got lots of prs. week 6 and 7 are the same rules. week 6 starts today. how's everybody doing??
Week 1 Sept 21 = Success Week 2 Sept 28 = Success Week 3 Oct 5 = Success Week 4 Oct 12 = Success Week 5 Oct 19 = Success Ok this week was really wierd...I did all my nutrition and weight training but I went from like 233 to 236 for some reason mid week...maybe scale was being wierd? but then today I'm at 233 again Also I think 225 by oc 31st might have been an ambitious short term goal...230 is more realistic since its 10 lbs a month which is still 2.5 lbs/week I still think I can meet my long term goal of this thread 215 by Dec 7 though if I can drop 10-12 more in november and a couple during the first week of dec I probably could have lost 15 but I think the first week or so I was tweaking my diet and such and really didn't fall into a routin till 2nd week Great stuff dejavued....we are on the same week..good luck to you!
I'm on the third day of week 8. Pefection is very hard for me, but failure is even harder, so I've been aiming low, and succeeding in meeting my goals, yay. I like being in challenges, because then I can't talk myself out of doing my workouts. Every night before I go to bed I know I HAVE to do what I said I was going to do. I've bent the rules as I've been going, which I wish I'd had the strength not to do, but it's still better than not having set the goal in the first place, or than completely abandoning the challenge. I wasn't strong enough to stick to the spirit of what I originally set out to accomplish, but at least I kept on going. I'd like to cut for about two weeks before Vegas to lose about 2-4 pounds, but I haven't calculated where that's going to put me in my schedule. I'm hoping it's not going to be in the middle of my home stretch to the 100 reps.
Perfect Week #10 done. 8/17: 254.6 10/24: 226.4 (using this date because it's before cheat-day bloat) That's 28.2 pounds dropped during the challenge. I'm gonna relax things a bit for a week. Then maybe I'll come back for some bonus rounds. Who's still in? We need a roll call.
I'm all icky and bloaty from a weekend of eating and drinking junk. I need a perfect week. Goals for Perfect Week #11: up to 2400 calories / day, one cheat post-long-run 4 training runs (5, 9, 5, 14 miles) 3 strength workouts (legs, push, pull) 11/02 - Day one.
Week 1 Sept 21 = Success Week 2 Sept 28 = Success Week 3 Oct 5 = Success Week 4 Oct 12 = Success Week 5 Oct 19 = Success Week 6 Oct 26 = Failure daing i missed a workout and messed up my diet...but it was Halloween lol... since i joined late i can't afford anymore non perfect weeks...gotta be perfect from now on gl everyone
