A good Pilates workout to get back into lifting?

    Hello all, it has been a long, long time.

    I've been suffering major issues with my back for a long time. Literally a dozen hospitals and even more doctors. No luck. I just get, "your posture is bad, and muscles are angry". Randomly my muscle sieze up and I wake up with a tight and painful back. I have been working with a physiotherapist for a while, trying to do rehabilitation for a while. I'm having some luck, but I need a bit more.

    Pilates was recommended. I'm wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a full body weekly and scalable workout that I can fit in during the day. Things have been very, very hard for me in so many ways.

    Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Man, I wish I could help. Have you looked for a Pilates studio? Backs are tricky.
