I found out on Youtube that this kind of weight is easy when you're doing coke before each lift and are hooked on the creatine. :blank:

I have to stop reading Youtube comments. I feel like putting my fist through the monitor (that's prolly the BCAAs talking, though).

Ha, I know they're joking so I get a lot of laughs out of the interesting comments. I'm always amazed at the lack of knowledge regarding ammonia's use in powerlifting. The question has come up probably a hundred times (literally).

What's with the back acne Pete? I hope it's not from what I fear it's from.

I've had some bacne from the day I started lifting. My test levels are higher than the normal range too, I've done bloodwork and everything. And some of that red is blood from squatting.

I only use clen as a stimulant on deadlift days. Have not used prohormones or anabolics. That said, clen is dangerous as I've felt from the sides. You overdose and that might be the end. Wouldn't advise using it. Cramps from hell because of taurine depletion, heart rate through the roof, shaking, it's all there.

Petey the 31 reps at 410 pounds is just something I cannot even fathom. I mean that is a truly WTF thing. Who the hell else on earth could do that?!? I mean it didn't even look like you were trying. Like buttah.

I'm just blown away. I mean I guess it's not that much weight compared to your max, but wtf, who can do that? That's no joke dude. I've seen some pretty big DLs at the gym, 650 is the most, but I have NEVER, EVER seen anything that is even remotely close to the 31 reps. That has gotta be some sort of world record.

Thanks guys! Honestly, I'm the most sore I've ever been from lifting today. My glutes hurt so bad and my hamstrings and low back are fried.

Your progress over the years has been absolutely incredible to watch, Pete. I have no doubt you'll be setting world records in the not so distant future.

Yeah, I love the videos and watching his progress.

Pete, are you training alone? Do you have a coach? Do you go to a college that has powerlifting as a sport?

    Just curious.

I've always trained alone, no coaches or anything. Quit sports back in highs school for one reason being that the practices and lifting they had us on was not maximizing my potential.

It's been a heck of a road, hasn't it? Hard to believe, the big picture is finally starting to come together.

 that video resembled my warm-up today.

:neener: then I woke up. Pete, you're doing great! Hope one day I'll deadlift 400x1.

Just saw the 31x410. As impressive as the single-rep weights are (I mean 750? WTF?) that is about as difficult as it gets. Serious endurance needed for 31x225, let alone 410.

Amazing as always! The look of annoyance at the weight that fell off the bar...for a second if seemed like you were going to walk over and discus that sucker out of the basement!

    Jaer
loves the vid, dude. Loves it!
