First time checking in, can't believe your strength.

I can't check youtube videos in China, what weight did you do 805 at?

What do you think your absolute top limit is without being incredibly obese or eating 12000 calories aday?

I have a friend in China who is tiny, only about 5'5 and maybe 60 kgs - 130 lbs, but the dude is strong as heck, it's in the genes to have tweaked [but not huge] muscles, ala bruce lee.

He came in and one handed a 80kg[176lb] barbell deadlift, and can do over 50 two finger push ups.

    Insane!

What's your current diet Pete?I just read your post waaaaaaay earlier saying you were feeling weak from low bf and low calories.

After John, Pete is probably one of the most inspirational people here and has been around for years. You can read his TSM write up here http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=50606

I'm really not sure he knows how to limit himself and, by the looks of things, is headed towards being one of the world's strongest men within his weight class!

I was 235 pounds bodyweight when I tried the 805. My absolute top limit without being obese would be around 1100+ pounds in my opinion.

    Current diet.

Didn't get full extension on the lockout. That's about it.

Huge lift, definitely not locked out, but either way it's only one session away. I remember when I used to be the strong one on the boards :dreamy:

Now I just lift cuz I wanna get toned but not TOO big
