5X5 Club

    Ok simple whats your Bodyweight, then poundage and future goal for each lift (Squat, Bench, Dead, Military Press,or Rows?. I've tailered the 5x5 program by only doing one lift say back day, i'll do 5x5 deads, instead of deads, bench etc in one day and also started very light and work up 2.2 lbs per week. So heres my 5x5 7 weeks in:

    Bodyweight: 160.6lbs

    Deads= 198 lbs: -----------------------Goal: 250 lbs
    Bench= 159.5 lbs: ---------------------Goal: 176 lbs
    Military Press= 82.5 lbs-----------------Goal: 100 Lbs
    Squat= 198 lbs (Missed two weeks)-----Goal: 240 lbs

    I have just started stronglifts 5X5 so I'm in.

    Weight: 95kg (209 pounds)
    Body Fat: 20 - 23% (way too high)

    I am also starting with low weights and building up (as per the program). All weights are inclusive of bar.

    Squat: 80 kg (176 pounds)
    Bench: 50 kg (110 pounds)
    Shoulder Press: 40 kg (88 pounds)
    Dead Lift: 110 kg (242 pounds)

    I'm looking to do a 5x5 style trap bar deadlift workout coming up. I can surely do 405# for that, but I'm aiming for 5x5x500# as a near term goal. My bodyweight is just about 220# these days.

    I have all of these lifts at 5 x BW but the military press.
    My all time 1 RM is 205....I doubt I'll ever be able to do 5 x BW on the standing BB press....5 x 225 would be sick...
