50 pounds of improvement

    pick an exercise -- improve it by 50 pounds



    i.e.


    a little less than a year ago my bench was 5 reps at 175 pounds

    i hit 5 reps at 225 tonight

    Good idea for a challange.. :tucool:

    Squat.. Been stuck for ages at 265... Learnt low bar last week and saw good results.. Im expecting a 50 pound jump in less then a month..

    When that's done, Bench.. 265 atm... 315 by end of the year.
