4 Months SUPERCHANGE

    SUPERCHANGE

    TRAINING

    45 mins of aerobics after muscle training.
    I drink minimum 3 litres of water per day.
    2 muscles per day
    5 exercises for big groups, 4 exercises for small
    3 pyramidal sets , 8-6 repts with maximun weight, 8-6 reps with less weight and 8-10 reps with less. 45 sec-1 min rest. Do it 2 more times (3 sets) and then change to an other exercise.

    Day 1 --- Pect , triceps, cardio
    Day 2 --- Legs
    Day 3 --- Abs (hard exercises), CrossFIT 20 min
    Day 4 --- Back , biceps, cardio
    Day 5 --- Delts , traps, cardio
    Day 6 --- Abs (floor exercises),CrossFIT
    Day 7 --- No work

    DIET

    4 meals(each 3 hours) and 2 whey protein shakes(1 inmediately after training and 1 before going bed)

    -3 days without Complex carbohydrates (grain products, such as bread, crackers, pasta, and rice). More protein and good fats(olive oil, almonds, oat, nuts, fruits...)
    -1 day adding 50 gr of complex carbohydrates in each meal.

    Supplements i used: Whey protein, l-glutamine, Bcaa, Redoxon (C vitamin), Multicentrum Complex (multivitamin)

    :nono: No Illegal products, NO steroids, No drugs, NO ALCOHOL :nono:

    NO PAIN NO GAIN! :bb::eat::sleep:

    afraid i'm going to be a negative nancy on this one. the results presented are outstanding, their credibility (to me at least) not so much. nor is the credibility helped by the fact that the only possible identifier has been censored.

    those kinds of results in 4 months? no, and i don't care how genetically gifted you might be, there is no way you can get me to believe that all information has been disclosed and that the pictures were taken when claimed. sorry, i don't believe it. not unless you used certain illegal "supplementation."

    you know yourself whether or not you are being truthful, and if you are you can take this scathing post as a big compliment.

    I repeat, I have never used any illegal substance. My routine is based on a hard training, good supply and rest.
    I am 25 years old from Spain. I'm a very constant person and with a strong motivation. I love doing sport and I always wanted to have the body that I have obtained.

    i wasn't really accusing you of using steroids, mate, i was more accusing you of being liberal with your reports of time passed between shots.

    if this transformation only took you four months, good on you, you've done amazing work. i just don't think i can be coerced into believing it. :P as long as the face is censored, the later pictures could also technically be your leaner brother. haha

    on a more serious note though, you seem to have neglected your Trapezius a bit, shrugs go great with delt excercises and traps will help you with your deadlift amongst others. not to mention that when wearing clothes (which, in reference to my trip to Alicante and La Manga there really isn't much need for) it's one of the more prominent muscles.
