315lb Deadlift Club

    PR'd at 345 a couple weeks ago. Not deadlifting very much, but its coming. Lots to gain from better form too which is improving.

    I totally got this things now....just a matter of doing it.

    Deadlift
    95 lbs x 8 reps
    135 x 8
    185 x 5
    225 x 3
    275 x 3, 3, 3

    I will either pull the 315 next week or do a 3x3 with 295.
