-30lbs by July challenge!

    Weighing in a day earlier than usual this week - too busy tomorrow!

    I'm down 2lbs this week putting me at 31lbs lost. Glad to have reached my goal this early and plan to keep pushing and see how much I can lose before the month is over.

    CHALLENGE COMPLETED.

    In total since I started back in January I've lost 48lbs, the below pics were taken on Jan 7th / May 28th and first thing in the morning so what you see is really just straight out of bed. But in short this is almost be done cutting. I;m going to maintain for a month or so and give my body a chance to settle down, before a long overdue bulk.

    The challenge ends tomorrow so I'll post my final stats.

    Start: 223 lbs
    Now: 190 lbs
    Total: -33 lbs

    Euan and all the other participants, congrats on finishing your challenge and losing the weight. Euan, you did it in time for the wedding! :claphigh: You've got to be a suit size or two smaller now. Don't let up after the wedding though. I'd hate to see you pack on newlywed pounds (unless it's all muscle) after you've done so well.

    Probelia, your success with SGX is amazing. You look a lot younger now that you're toned and fit.

    Cnjlakes and Croz, congrats on the weight you lost, even if it's not quite 30. You guys are making it happen at a slightly slower pace but that probably suits you better. Keep up the good work.

    I ended up a little shy of my goal with 24 pounds lost since January. I was on track until June 10... When I suffered a complete tear of my ACL and a fractured tibia. It happened at karate camp with my son.

    On June 24, I had ACL reconstruction, so since June 10, My physical activity has been null. My diet's been ok, but I've pretty much been sedentary. :( On the bright side, the scale hasn't moved much.

    So congrats to everyone! Despite my setback, I know that I can still achieve my goals!

    either i don't understand this challenge or your math is wrong. your total should be -43 lbs. did you start the challenge @ 223 lbs? either way GREAT job :tu:

    Last 2 weeks was poor. No exercise, crappy diet. But the challenge is the challenge, so here are my stats:

    Start Weight: 239
    Finish Weight: 234
    WEIGHT LOST: 5 pounds.

    July will be better!
