-30lbs by July challenge!

    Alright! 4.4 pounds since last post. I'm at 241 even bringing my cumulative loss to 14.4 pounds. This sweet! I'm looking at being in the 230's for the first time since becoming a father seven years ago. I just don't understand how my wife lost the baby weight but I didn't ;)

    Everyone is doing great! This challenge has kept motivation running high!

    Down another 3.5 pounds this week :jumping::claphigh:

    I don't have a freaking clue how that happened since I had lager nearly every night!

    So....

    17.9 pounds lost total....
    Starting weight - 255.4
    Current weight - 237.5

    It's really starting to show, too!

    Only another 1lb down this week (could call it closer to 2 but these scales aren't very precise), so 10 to go.

    Well, I've made some poor decisions over the past week and it is reflected in my weight. I lost, but only .4 pounds.

    Weekly Loss - .4 lb
    Cumulative Loss - 18.3 lb
    Starting Weight - 255.4 lb
    Current Weight - 237.1 lb

    Probelia - I know you cannot specifically address the protocols of SGX, but is it demanding? Chris gives you a combination diet/workout routine, right?

    Chris gives you the macro targets and you're free to use whatever foods you like to hit those macros. You get used to the cardio every morning, and the weights are 4 times per week. I work in an office 9-5 with an half an hour travel time each way an I have no problems executing the protocol with near enough minute precision. One of the dest decisions I ever made. Drop chris an email, he's easy to get on with and he'll be able to tell you much more than I can. I'm just likely to tell you how much it works :) (as you can see from my progress in this challenge)....

    Indeed, just over five weeks left on this challenge and we're cooking!

    I was a little suspicious of 4.5lb loss last week, looks like it was probably water weight.

    SC does advise against weighting yourself self more than twice a month to avoid mind games.

    Anyway, 3.5lbs to go, so once again good work everyone and Euan, it looks like we might cross the finish line at roughly the same time!

    Nice one Euan! Looks like you'll make it well before June. Heres my stats

    It been two weeks since my last update, and it would seem crazy that I've only lost 1lb in that time. I did take a three day break about a week ago, so perhaps that could have something to do with it.

    Visually I'm much leaner that I've ever been and I feel great about where I'm at. The small loses each week simply have to be down to fat loss and lean mass gain.

    So 2.5lbs to go ...

    Haven't been very disciplined lately. Down another, to 233, for 6 total since my official starting weight. (9 total since my gain right after the challenge started)
