300lb Barbell Squat club.

    I'm finally in as of today. I hit 300 lbs right on the head with a nice ATG squat. As I was mentioning in my journal about it. I had more in me but I was so pumped to hit it. I sorta stopped, lol.

    I hit 140kg (308lbs) for a fairly quick, comfortable single at the end of my session last night, so I'm finally in the 300lb club :spaz:
    I think I have another 10kg in the tank at least.

    Highest I've managed so far is 295 for 3 sets of 6 reps.
    Went for a 1RM a few weeks ago and managed 305, but I think that will have improved now.

    Reviving this thread-I'm going for it

    Newbie to the forum, and signing up for 400# DL and 300# SQ on my way to a 1000 PL series. Best back Squat was 250# last July 4th before a work travel caused lay-off. Back at it, doing 125x5x5 today as I build back up slowly. Plan to get 300 this summer at the latest.

    265x 3 yesterday..

    Squats has always been my weakest of the 3.. Hopefully hit this soon enough

    May need to re-do this one

    Been out of the weight room for far too long rehabbing a blowed up shoulder (still gimpy) and suffering the mother of all back spasms. Almost tore my psoas and an erector.

    Back working on the 1 million push-up challenge and will likely do body weight and bar only squats for a few workouts with lots of stretching and supportive work then get after this in 2015.

    Help me out on the push-up challenge!

    Wow, 300 lbs.....I remember back in 2009 when I first hit 300 lbs.

    Now, that's just a warm up. Currently working towards 450.
