3 Weeks From Today Challenge (begins May 26)

    3 weeks in the future......................................................
    ..................................................................................
    ........................ I'm beginning to see my abs and have stuck
    to my diet and exercise plan 100%. I feel great and have also
    lost quite a bit of fat.

    Challenge: Make your future self proud.

    Rules: Post whenever and whatever. Skip a few days. Post everyday. It's up to you. No real rules or anything. Just something to use as motivation and accountability.

    hello there. Good to see you're back BlueThunder. Leave it to you to come up with an interesting challenge.

    First of all I might not post everyday

    So my 3 week goal start from 26 May 2007:

    Eat more wisely - make healthier choices, more clean proteins, good carbohydrates.

    End of 3rd week
    I want to look better in shorts ( I wear it at home :P but still....) Of course by improving my schedule according to the info that I've found. :D

    Hey, glad you could make it to this challenge eccent. You have some interesting goals that I think will be cool to achieve.

    What a way to start a challenge. I stuffed myself today. :mad:
    I'll just have to dig deep and force myself to stop eating when I have all my days calories in my stomach. Tommorrows a new day.:nod:

    I have been slacking on my cardio workout and decide that it's time to get inspired to do more in the allocated time. So I searched for VO2 max and tons and tons of info came up!

    ATP is a molecules that need to be broken down to provide energy for muscle contraction.
    ------------------------------------------------

    ------------------------------------------------
    muscle fibers are dependent on:

    1. external delivery system to bring oxygen from the atmosphere to the working muscle cells

    2. mitochondria to carry out the process of aerobic energy transfer

    Hi there. Hope you're doing great BlueThunder. I just edited my goals, but the main ideas are still there.

    Been struggling to keep up with the schedule and still in the process of making some modification :D.
