    Here's the journal thread:

Here's the before after (mismatch lighting acknowledged:nono: ):

All total = down about 11 bodyweight lbs, 3 Tanita % Points, and about 4mm on Accumeasure. I'll take it. No cheats, no relief meals. No chewing for that matter. I still haven't had any food carbs. I'm hoping glycogen will de-flatten me a bit as I normalize. Cool.:eat:

I was following your journal for the 28days - liquid meals all day everyday must take some dedication. Good stuff sticking it out and it looks like you make some solid progress:tu:

    ps: love the tat.

Eso - Although I questioned whether this diet was the right choice for your cut, I think the pictures speak for themselves.

    Progress is excellent. Good work.

Thanks. I think the 'bouce back' effect will get the overall weight up where I wanted it too. Maybe in a few more days.

You were right though, calories were too low when I started.

Thanks - you were actually correct though. This nutrition is pretty incongruent with my current fitness stuff etc etc. BFFM, is the more appropriate plan for me - just didn't fit in my life right now. So I don't doubt I cooked off some lean mass. It's cool by me though: 'gotta spend money to make money' - doesn't apply to just money I guess. :tucool:

Really, I think this worked great for you. If you lost much lean mass it sure doesn't show. Good job :tu:

Thanks. Power seems to be making a nice comeback at the gym. Yams and oats = fuel. Hopefully that = lean mass.
