    Sounds like a plan. I typically work out three days a week. On my back day I normally do pull ups to start off with because I'm fresh and they tax me the most. I pair shoulder exercises with my back exercises. I normally go back and forth between back and shoulder exercises so I dont do the same body part right after I just did it giving them a little rest. For instance..pull ups ---> military press ---> bent over rows or cable rows ---> shrugs...and so on and so forth
