20lbs. by July 1. Who's coming with me?

    Whenever I get myself back on track, I start a challenge thread to keep me focused and honest, and to see if I can inspire others. Today is May 2. I would like to lose 20 lbs by July 1. That gives me 60 days to lose 20 lbs.

    Anyone interested in joining me on this challenge, I will be posting my starting weight below, and every Friday starting with 5/6/11 I will post my current weight and weight lost for the week as well as overall.

    Starting weight 202.

    I'll join in, allready lost about 22 pounds and want to loose more!

    Current weight: 285.498lbs (woho biggest one here :eek:)

    Four gym days a week, pluss cardio on off days when I get around to it!

    If you had caught me six weeks ago, that wouldn't be the case. :lol:

    Weigh in today: 268.0 lbs.

    I always weigh in first thing in the morning(same time as my start weight).

    Weight lost this week: 3.2 lbs. (Had some left over water weigh from my last cheat day/refeed)

    What was your original start weight? Mine was 336 at the end of July 2010.

    I'm in. I haven't stepped on the scale since my last weigh in shown in my signature.

    I'we been like a rubber band, I started out sometime five years ago at 150kg (what's that, like 330 lbs) then went down to a "fit" (for me) 100-110 kg.

    Then over the next couple of years I went up to 140 kg again (308.647 lbs) and now I'm down to 129kg, this time I'm not gonna stop the exercise when I'm feeling good about myself :P

    Also welcome to the rest of you, it's like a little weightwatchers club on JSF :p

    So at your heaviest you were pretty close to where I was this past fall, Irons. Let's see where we can take this...

    I must have skipped over the part about weight check-ins on Fridays in this thread. :lol: I'll post my dailys in my journal and keep the updates to Fridays here. :D

    Hey man. Post your weight whenever you want. Heck post it 3 times a day if it will help keep you focused and on track. I'm only posting on Friday. If I weigh myself every day I panic when the needle isn't moving.

    I will join in.

    I will weigh myself tomorrow morning. Last I was in the 375-380 range.

    Will post my weight once I get to work.

    I'm in! This will be easier than posting in my journal which has not seen much action lately.... After correcting adolescent's papers all day at school, the last thing I want to do is write something!!

    I was at 228.9 last Friday which is my usual weigh in day.
