As of right now, I'm in for this. Can't give a 100% guarantee that I'll be there, but I'm going to do my best to make it happen.:tucool:

Hey there y'all! Been a helluva long time since I've posted on the forums, feels great to be back. These dates look fantastic as I plan to be in the LA area that week for work. I am a 90% yes though I'll only be able to get in on Saturday night - hope that leaves enough time for one last night of shenanigans!

Very cool... the more the merrier. I'd anticipate that people will be coming and going over the course of the weekend... for those who want to take in the spectacle that is The Olympia, the basic schedule is Thursday afternoon - Press Conference, Thursday night - Meet and Greet, Friday / Saturday daytime - Expo, Friday / Saturday evening - Show Events, Sunday - Seminar (Event Recap). The Fri/Sat evening events are very costly... hundreds of dollars per ticket. The Expo (which includes a number of events) costs $50-60 for the whole weekend, or $30 a day.

Of course, all around this is Sin City, and there's no limit on things to do and see. During the last JSF get-together in Vegas, everyone kind of did their own thing during the day (in small groups) and we met up for breakfast and dinner, with everyone doing their own thing again in the evenings (in small groups). So it's really open... having gone to Vegas several times in the past six months, I can provide some ideas for those who are new to the city and don't really know what to do (or how to get around).

OK... I booked my flight... arriving in Vegas around 8:30pm on Wednesday night Sept 14, and departing Saturday night around midnight on Sept 17. Is anyone else still planning to attend?

It's not looking good for me. My son has football practice every weeknight and since my wife has been working evenings at our local YMCA, I am the one who gets him to and from practices. Can you believe they practice every night at the 6th grade level??????

Yes, actually it does. The football season ends on 10/8, so I'm thinking that's going to be a rough five weeks with both school and football. We'll see how it goes...........
