Wednesday I went to do my leg day after biking 20 miles. It was horrible and after 2 sets of light back squats and 3 sets of lunges, I gave up and went home. Yesterday my knees were feeling pretty good after my tennis league match (2 hours), so I went and tried leg day again. It went well. I did my normal 4 exercises, 3 sets a piece, all heavy compound moves. Then, I went on the elliptical for 45 min. I saw my weight go from 211 to 228 after the last challenge. It was all water weight I'm sure, but hot damn, still nuts!! This morning I was 213, but I suspect I'll drop down to 210-209 tonight. I've kept it very low calories since Wed after partying Sat - Tues. I'm back in the zone and as long as I stay healthy I don't foresee any issues. Time to keep kicking ass and taking names. I want to see 200 in 3 weeks. It's a bit ambitious, but I'm willing to take on the challenge.
