I suggest taking 20 grams of creatine every day.

    This is my personal experience.

Nothing bad is going to happen.

    stronger on the lifts.

Even if its a placebo effect, there is still an effect there.

if you look at it from a scientific basis then MORE is not nescessarily better or needed, and creatine
has been extensively studied . you cant just recommend a 20g dose to everyone (it depends on the
individual and there muscle levels bodyweight etc).once the bodys levels are saturated typically after a
5 day loading phase then you wouldnt need 20G daily Taking more creatine than is actually required to fill your muscular stores may not in essense be harmful BUT it places an unwarranted stress on your body’s cleansing and detoxification systems (kidneys and liver, respectively)
as well as is a waste of creatine, and money.

^^ This. 20 grams is overkill and may cause kidney problems.

    Thats not true.

When I had access to scientific articles, there indeed is an advatage at the 20 gram dose.

Perhaps he has his own line of awesome creatine he is selling on his Yahoo! store (maybe even his eBay store) called "OMFG Creatine!!!" guaranteed to make you throw your barbell (loaded to 405) through the ceiling next time you bench press. We should ask for a link.

You are speculating here. We do know that long-term creatine supplementation is fine when taken at recommended doses ... but, we don't really know whether taking high doses over long periods of time is safe. So why take the risk?
