So I started weighing myself before bed, and again when I wake up.

Interesting thing is each night I'm 2 to 4 lbs heavier than in the morning. Sleeping straight through, no bathroom breaks or anything.

I'm not sure I understand how that can happen. Could you lose that much water in respiration throughout the night?

Lighter in the morning? That normal. In a dry home you'll dry out some from just breathing.

4lbs is more then I used to but 2lbs wasn't unusual.

it's normal, your body is still functioning while you are asleep so you are still burning calories and perspiring.
