I'm sorry to say I haven't been feeling well for about two weeks now and I lost all my gains so I'm back down to 181. Hope you guys are all doing better and getting close to the 191 goal. Time to really kick in.
My weight has gone up about 10 lbs in the past 3 months. The weird thing is my body fat is about the same. My typical squat workout is about 70 lbs higher now than it was previously. Correlation? I don't know. I attribute it to drinking milk and consuming more carbs.
Not going well... Been training hard and the appetite has gone way up. Nutrition has been less than optimal (more crap for lunch lately). Result - strength is up but weight has been over 200 for a while. I'm out of the running.
Well, I'll go first. This was my challenge and I did terribly. I actually lost two pounds. Hope you guys did better.
Well, I did well, added 75 lbs to my squat, but that is not the direction I had intended to go. My goal was weight loss, and my weight is actually up, though my body fat is about the same.
BW yesterday was 203. At the start of this challenge I was 197ish? So I moved the correct amount just in the wrong direction.
Good for you MT77! I'm glad someone met their goal. I sure didn't, even with 4 extra months. I was at BW 176 this morning at the gym.
