175lb Barbell Bench Club

    As a companion to the 315lb Deadlift Club and 225lb Barbell Back Squat Club. A 175lb Bench looks to be a good goal alongside those numbers for the Deadlift and Squat.

    I'm starting with this:

    Bench Press 37.5kg/82.5lbs x 5,5,5
