12 DAYS OF CARDIO IN 30 DAY CHALLENGE

    ok im doing this one for myself as ive never been a cardio fan...but i realise it is good for the heart and fat burning....challenge is basically to get 12 days of cardio in a 30 consective day period. (mine is goona be 12/09/08 -11/10/08/)..cardio can be of any type liss hiit fasted non fasted etc but must be of at least 30 minutes duration a time...it doesnt matter if it is 12 days in a row or 3 days a week....as long as i get in 12 sessions over the 30 days.
