10 lbs turkey challenge

    10 pounds or no turkey on Thanksgiving. Who's in?

    Anyway, who's up for it?

    BTW, no counting water weight loss. If you're just starting to diet add 5 lbs to the total as it's super easy to drop 6-8 lbs of water if you're coming in off a crappy diet.

    Coan Bench heavy chest day, week 3:

    Flat Bench:
    2x8 @ 155 - This was very easy. I was doing them nice and slow to really feel the weight.

    Narrow Grip:
    2x8 @ 140 - Wasn't too difficult at all really.

    Incline Bench:
    2x8 @ 135 - Extremely easy. My incline bench has gotta be near 200.



    Food for the day:

    - 1 burrito bowl (Barbacoa, 4 scoops mild salsa, 1 hot, no sour cream, light cheese)

    - 2 half chicken breasts - equating to one entire chicken breast

    - 1 cup steamed broccoli

    - 2 half chicken breasts - equating to one entire chicken breast

    - post-workout: slice of lasagna

    Estimated cals: 1600-1700ish. Need to get this up to around 2000.
