10,500 calorie Cardio challenge

    The challenge is to keep logging and updating the amount of calories you burn during each cardio session until you reach a 10,500 total which should equate to 3lbs of FAT hopefully.

    --- there is no structured time limit to complete the challenge that is upto you
    --- any type of cardio Liss Miss Hiit counts
    ---if you have a heart rate monitor which gives a more accurate
    reading otherwise the calorie count from the machine is fine.
