1 Week of Perfect (April 1 thru April 7)

    Day 2 (Monday): Stayed under 2000 calories and did my full body strength training. I'm so sleepy.:sleep:

    Where to begin :mad: By the rules of this challenge I am still in but I know I can do better.

    DAY 3 (Tuesday)
    Reporting a "Perfect Day" #3.

    Weight training 1:30 pm (back/bicep) done :tu:
    Damn cardio 9 pm (45 min/treadmil) done :tu:
    Diet: PERFECT :tu:

    Day 3: (Tuesday) I ate under 2000 calories and had another scheduled rest day.

    You guys are doing great.

    Even with jury duty obligations for the day.:tu:

    Perfect day :tu:
    Weight training 12pm (shoulders)
    Cardio and abs 9:30 pm
    Diet. Perfect

    DAY 5 (thursday)
    Perfect day.
    I almost dropped out. I really didn't feel like cardio and I finally got my ass on the treadmill at 11:30 pm and I did it, damn it! All 45 minutes :D
    I felt quite good after actually

    Diet was perfect too :tu:

    DAY 5: I was able to stay under 2000. Oh yeah, it was another rest day.

    We're almost there. :tucool:

    Weight training 1pm (legs/abs)
    Cardio 11pm (LISS, 45 min)
    Diet- perfect

    Day 6

    All is well and BF is going down. Had a perfect day and even went to see "Blades of Glory" and behaved myself. I only drank water. No popcorn or any other junk food eaten. Here is the link to my training log.

    DAY 6: Perfect day. Did my weight training and made myself some vegetable stew. I'm not sure I like turnips so much though.

    DAY 7 was perfect :D

    Now I "only" have to repeat that 7 times. (7 weeks to go to my show)
