Very noticeable progress. What amount of weight have you lost? Have you taken waist measurements or BF% readings?

Not that I'm not happy with the girl curves and everything, but the amount of fat you dudes can drop and the amount of muscle you can pack on in a month makes me green with envy.

Excellent work and well done - the improvement is SERIOUSLY noticeable. Looking great.

It's all about the hormones. Guys get lucky twice on this one - once for the muscle mass and fat reduction, and again in that are hormonal levels stay pretty constant throughout the month.

Thank you for the kind words! They help keep me motivated. What bf% do you think I'm at? I'd say 16-17, according to that navy calculator. I still have a lonnnggg way to go though! :tucool:

I would guess 15% or so, but I think that you will definitely benefit from a bulking phase - if your goal is to look like your avatar, you will need to put on muscle.

I do plan on bulking - but not yet. I was going to go the same route as John and cut down pretty low, and then possibly follow Swole's bulking program so I can remain relatively cut.

That sounds like a good plan. And even though I'm not good at guessing %bf, I'd say you may be more like 13-14%. Keep up the good work.:tu:

    Question:

How do you measure your neck for that bf calculator (the one the navy uses). My waist is 35, height is 71, and neck is 15 inches, yet it says I am 19% bodyfat? I don't think I am measuring the neck right. Could someone post a picture of the correct way to measure it?

I know these calculators are pretty much useless anyways, but it's always nice to have another opinion.

    Brian

EDIT: I looked it up - seems I am more around 16% it says.
