1 million pushup challenge...

    I did as you requested. :lol: I was on a deload week for weight training last week, and the last few days I decided to back off the push ups, too. My body needed a break. Today I am taking a complete rest day with no intentional training.

    Don't be so sure... I haven't logged any of my activities in the last few days... but you'll likely catch me today. :D

    The real sadness of the whole thing is that I completely forget to drop and do push-ups over the weekend. I remember sparaticaaly through the day in my cube, but on the weekend? Not so much!

    Maybe I should set a reminder in my phone to go off every hour....
