1,000 Tire Flip Challenge

    Since most these challenges are dead or rarely updated, let's try a new one! Gluttons for punishment, we are.

    Doing tire flips for the first time in probably over a year got me to thinking-why not a tire flip challenge. So here's one:

    Let's see how long it takes to get this one done: 1,000 tire flips, and I did ten yesterday. So add your tire flips in to this!

    This time it was a General 20.5x25 tire, 10 flips in sets of anywhere from 1 to 3.

    5 more today. Over-all fatigue affected how many I wanted to risk doing since I was pretty wiped out even before lifting today. Plus could tell the body was done after the first flips. Still worried after the massive back spasm I had in October.

    Quick tire flips at end of today's workout instead of bend rows. Not sure which torches my body more but trying to balance workload and age/recovery time as I work back up. Squats and BP for SL 5x5 went well and weights are starting to climb.

    C'mon, somebody out there must be doing tire flips as some part of their workout.
