i think you need to do atkins, or do a typical low carb/work out lifestyle, mixing the two won't work.
As for your eatings, i love those mcdonalds muffins too

best thing on the menu, everything else looks pretty good, make sure the mayo is low or no fat, same for the cheese, both of those are high in fat normally.
Any weights is better than no weights, you just gotta remember you're trying to reduce your fat, not your weight, so don't get frustrated when the weight doesn't go down becuase you
know that fat is becomming muscle.
I've not checked any nutritional info on how much that totals but the actual products looks fine, it's just quantities, as ever everyone is different so if you're genuinly not losing any actual fat, try reducing your intake, if you feel weak or tired, bring it back up again, i was always tweaking my intake.
