I'm not sure about MaxOT, but I'm a woman too and have been trying to put together a fitness program like John's (except adjusted for women -- and my personal goals).
Perhaps we could get a women's forum on here?
I've started tracking everything I eat, in an Excel sheet like John's, except I added Calcium to the list, since I wanted to see if I was getting enough of it (or if I should change to a higher-calcium-content multivitamin.)

I'm still trying to get a good for-women calculator for calorie/nutrient intake. That last link I've used, but I don't think it's so good. Anyone else have resources for women?
