Food/Training Problems??
I've posted several routines, this is my current one and seems to be doing fine by me. I'd like some advice/hints if possible to see if there's anything missing. I'm still attempting to cut, but using supplementation/clean eating/protein/weight training to keep my muscle in tact.
Workout:
Monday: Back/Biceps: 3-5 sets of 6 reps Max OT
Tuesday: Abs: Cardio 30 minutes
Wednesday: Legs/Shoulders 3-5 Sets of 6 reps Max OT
Thurs: Abs: Cardio 30 minutes
Friday: Chest/Triceps/Delts 3-5 sets of 6 reps Max OT
Saturday: Abs: 20 min HIIT Cardio
Sunday: Rest and sometimes light 20 minute cardio.
Consumption:
9:30am 3/4 cups eggbeaters
9:30am 1-2 Morningstar Farm sausage Patties
9:30am 1 Scoop ATW Vanilla
12:30pm Chicken Breast
12:30pm Broccoli
2:30pm 1 Scoop ATW Chocolate
4:30pm Turkey Breast or Tuna Fish
5:30pm Workout
6:30pm PWO Shake on weight days (1 Scoop ATW + 40G Dextrose/poweraide)
7:00pm Chicken or Fish and Broccoli
8:30pm 1 cup cottage cheese and 6 blackberries + sliced almonds for flavor
I'd like to continue cutting body fat and also building muscle at the same time. I'm less concerned with weight loss at this time (since I can get into size 36 pants and they are baggy now) and more concerned with fatloss/muscle increase. Any suggestions would be great. Note, I endup having to do alot of Shakes because of my work schedule, but alas it's decent still and a lot cleaner than i was eating.
