Question Vegetarian Meal Recipes ????

I am in search of Vegetarian Meal recipes, and really appreciate if anyone can help.

Both my hubby and myself just started weight training, and we are trying to eat more healthy. However, he is a vegetarian, and he cannot consume any of the Fish or Chicken stuff that you guys mentioned here.

I am not a vegetarian myself, but since we are eating dinner together, I try to prepare a meal that both of us can eat. I did come across some of those chicken breast and tuna recipes here, and will definitely find an opportunity to try them out. Thanks a lot for sharing.

bodybuilding.com has at least one article about being vegan/vegetarian and trying to get big and strong. Hopefully that's a start!

Hi Daveo,

Thanks for the link. There are a lot of interesting stuff, and I seems to be able to find my answer there.

Cheers
