Default Low calorie foods....

Im trying to bulk, and was thinkn that since theres so much of this low fat low calorie food out there, there must be stuff on the other end of the spectrum, does anyone know of any 500 calorie chewy bars that are sold or things of this nature

meal replacements or meal replacement shakes usually have about 400 cals per serving. these will all have a combo of protein, fat , and carbs. this is an easy way to get calories, but whole food would be better if you don't have problems taking it all in.
