Default Newbie with a question about supplements

Hi guys,

Just a quick question about when I should be taking my supplements.

I am 12 Stone, 6 ft tall, medium build.

I am currently taking Creatine, Glutamine and Whey supplements.

I train 3 times a week for roughly an hour and a half/2 hours, each time with a mixture of cardio and weights.

My question is this:

How often and when should I be taking my supplements?
Do I need to take all 3 every day of the week or just on my training days?
Do I need to take all 3 before and after my training?
What amount of each should I be taking and what's the best way to measure how much I'm taking?

Guess that's more than one question, but I'm pretty confused!

Any info much appreciated.

Take creatine daily at breakfast on off days, and post workout on training days

stay on creatine for 6-8 weeks, come opff for 6-8 weeks

1 1/2 hrs to 2hrs is too much mate, that sounds like a case of ot

and as for whey, when to take whey? whenever, its a quick source of protein, the amt of protein top take should be say between 30-50g at each meal (can be via whey or real food).

As for creatine 1 scoop (5g)

And yes, take whey pre/post training, with some simple carbs post and complex carbs pre

taking creatine at breakfast is a waste. you take it WHEN your muscle needs it. and that is after your weight training session.

any other time the creatine just saturates the muscle tissue.. not doing really much of anything.

you want to take protein before and after a workout. creatine immediatly after a workout.

there should be scoops in your stuff..

you want to start off with 5g of creatine after your workout.. usually 35 grams of protein isolate is 130ish cals.. 28ish pro

depends on what you got tho
